Buckeye Limited 2023 registration is now open!!!

Registration and Tickets can be purchased beginning on February 10th at 6:00 PM EST. If you believe that you have already registered before February 10th, you have not. We have opened a page on our website with details of the event. Everyone, including those who plan to volunteer, should register and purchase their tickets for this event. After you have registered you will receive an email from us which will provide you with a link to the ticket page. PLEASE BE SURE YOU INPUT YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS CORRECTLY WHEN YOU REGISTER AND WHEN YOU PURCHASE TICKETS !!!

We are still working on our clinic schedule and we are asking for suggestions during our registration on what you might like to see. We're expecting well over twenty vendors at the event and we've spoken with several vendors to date, all whom are already planning to attend.

The new Mountain Division extension will be opening for the first time at the convention. There is over 2,900 feet on new track that is being added to the mainline along with a new 100 foot tunnel and 45 foot bridge that will take you into the northwest part of the property.

Due to the expected large attendance we will be doing a few things a little differently. First, overnight equipment trailer parking will be free of charge at the Coshocton County Fairgrounds and second, we will be renting the steaming bays on a first come, first serve basis, so be sure to peruse the registration page of our website for details and purchase those tickets early before someone else rents them first.

Last but not least, there were a few people who paid for and carried over their payment from the cancelled 2020 Buckeye Convention. These individuals should register and pay for the 2023 Buckeye Convention as if they have no credit. After online registration closes on June 30th please contact me and I will reimburse you for the credit from the prior cancelled convention. The website should contain all the information that you need but should you have any further questions feel free to email me at jimhenry@millcreekcentral.com.

Also, while you're on the website check out the page associated with the Central Ohio Area Live Steamers, "COALS". We are looking forward to hosting a great convention this August and we hope to see you there.
