How to Subscribe to Mill Creek Central Railroad's Events that automatically update.

Never miss a railroad event! Subscribe to our calendar to see upcoming COALS and Mill Creek Central Railroad events in your personal calendar.

When we add, reschedule, or cancel an event, your subscribed calendar will automatically receive the changes when your calendar application refreshes.

Calendar Subscription Address

Copy the address above and follow the instructions for your calendar application below.

Apple Calendar — iPhone or iPad

  1. Open the Apple Calendar app.

  2. Tap Calendars.

  3. Tap Add Calendar, then Add Subscription Calendar.

  4. Paste the COALS subscription address above.

  5. Tap Find.

  6. Verify the calendar is titled COALS and Mill Creek Central Events.

  7. Choose a calendar color and select iCloud as the account if you want the subscription available across your Apple devices.

  8. Tap Done.

The COALS calendar will now appear under Subscribed in Apple Calendar.

Google Calendar

Initial setup must be completed using Google Calendar in a computer's web browser.

  1. Open Google Calendar.

  2. Find Other calendars on the left.

  3. Click the + symbol.

  4. Select From URL.

  5. Paste the COALS subscription address above.

  6. Click Add calendar.

COALS events will appear under Other calendars and can also be viewed in the Google Calendar mobile app.

Microsoft Outlook Calendar

  1. Open Outlook Calendar, preferably in Outlook on the web or the new Outlook for Windows.

  2. Select Add calendar.

  3. Choose Subscribe from web.

  4. Paste the COALS subscription address above.

  5. Name the calendar COALS Railroad Events, if prompted.

  6. Select Import or Save to complete the subscription.

Be sure to choose Subscribe from web, not Upload from file.

Important Information

  • A subscription is free and does not require registration with COALS.

  • The calendar is read-only. Subscribers cannot modify COALS events. You can unsubscribe from your calendar at any time.

  • New events, schedule changes, and cancellations update automatically, but updates may take several hours or longer depending on your calendar provider.

  • Subscribe only once. If you previously imported a downloaded copy of the events, you may need to remove those imported events to avoid duplicates.

  • The above instructions on how to install are based on information collected from the internet, your procedures may vary.  We are not experts so if you have issues we recommend checking with AI.

Prefer a one-time copy that doesn't automatically update? Return to our Home or Schedule page and select the "Click Here to Download Schedule" button.  It will download only events from the date you download forward and will not update.  Recommended to do annually.
