  • Regular Membership - Annual

  • Family Membership - Annual

    Valid for one year
    • Plan for two adult family (partner) members & minor children
    • Plan also available for grandparents & minor grandchildren
    • Leadership opportunities in a new organization

  • Junior Membership - Annual

    • Track / Site Access when accompanied with an adult Member
    • Restricted access to railcar equipment

  • Associate Member - Annual

    Valid from April 1st - March 31st Payable beginning on January 1 - April 30, late thereafter
    Valid for one year
    • Reduced cost for those greater than 150 miles from track
    • Ability to attend and operate only during meets or events
    • No use of railcars, car barn storage etc.(except card order)
    • Camping options during meets or events, as available

  • "Founder's Membership" "Conductor Class"

    - AVAILABLE ONLY TO EXISTING CONDUCTOR CLASS MEMBERS; Future Dues @ 25% of Regular Membership Rates; Valid annually from April 1st - March 31st; Payable from January 1 - April 30, late thereafter.
    Valid for one year
    • Lifetime recognition as Founding Member - Conductor Class
    • $4,900 donation by check was paid on or before 2025
    • Membership qualifies as either Regular or Family Membership
    • Annual dues at 25% of Regular Membership rates
    • Leadership opportunities in a new organization
    • Regular Track/Site Access
    • For an additional fee:
    • Access to available railcar storage options
    • Additional consideration for railcar storage queue etc.
    • Access to available camping options

    - AVAILABLE ONLY TO EXISTING BRAKEMAN CLASS MEMBERS; Future Dues @ 66% of Regular Membership Rates; Valid annually from April 1st - March 31st, Payable beginning January 1 - April 30, late thereafter

    • Lifetime recognition as Founding Member - Brakeman Class
    • $2,200 donation by check can be paid now or as late as 2025
    • Membership qualifies as either Regular or Family Membership

    - AVAILABLE ONLY TO EXISTING CREW CLASS MEMBERS; Future Dues @ 66% of Regular Membership Rates; Valid annually from April 1st - March 31st; Payable beginning January 1 - April 30, late thereafter
    Valid for one year
    • Lifetime recognition as Founding Member - Crew Class
    • $1,100 donation was paid on or before 2025
    • Allows friends or non-spouse family members to join together
    • Minimum of two individuals and up to four can join together
    • Each person to sign up individually as Crew Class Member
    • Annual dues at 66% of Regular Membership Rate per person
    • Leadership opportunities in a new organization
    • Regular Track/Site Access
