Central Ohio Area Live Steamers (COALS) is pleased to invite you to our Buckeye Limited 2023 Convention to be held at Mill Creek Central Railroad August 1st - August 5th, 2023.  This will be the fourth live steam convention to be held at the railroad, the previous three in 2010, 2014 and 2017 were all very successful, with the last one having over 400 attendees.

There will be clinics, on site food and of course vendors, events and the opportunity to operate your equipment on our nearly five miles of 7 1/2 inch gauge track.  As a vendor we personally invite you to participate in the convention.  Recognizing that most vendors would also like to participate in the other activities we ask that you have your table open on Friday and Saturday from 12 - 5, but would encourage you to extend the days and hours if you can.  Tents, tables and chairs will not be provided, so be sure to bring your own to the event!  We are currently leaning towards setting up vendors in the Mountain Division near the Tower siding (similar to the 2017 convention).  We are also considering another location, near Clee Block, as well. The track also continues to have limited power, cell phone service and no Wi-Fi in these areas.

Once again we would love to have you participate in the event.  Your vendor's name will be added to the vendor list on our website when we confirm your attendance and you purchase your vendor spots.  Registration is now open for the convention so, if you haven't already done so, be sure to register and follow the directions from the email you will receive to purchase your vendor spot.
