It was another productive weekend --- the gang made 25 track panels, cleaned up debris and prepared the walls in the bathroom for painting. The wood ties on about 40 feet of the main line out of Barney Yard heading toward Sand Hill were replaced with plastic ties and the track raised -- this is the track next to the steps down to the creek and new roundhouse.
The Roundhouse framing was completed, roof sheeted, covered with felt and drip edge installed. Roof is ready for the roofer to install the rolled roofing material. Next tasks are to make & install the windows and doors. The siding is on order and should be here in about 4 weeks. With a bit of luck the roundhouse should be nearly finished for the Spring Meet.
