It was a beautiful football Saturday with clear sky and temperature in the mid 60s. Photo shows Dan and Dick pouring concrete for the outer ring. The center pad was poured last weekend and used to position the outer ring forms.
The completed ring is shown here. That is the turntable bridge in the foreground. Next week we'll pull the forms and set the bridge on the center bearing at which point the turntable will be functional. Finishing touches will be to add dirt around the outer ring and gravel inside the ring.
