July Events at Mill Creek Central Railroad

We have three of our weekends busy this month as we roll into, what is typically, our largest event of the year, the Large Engine Meet. But we have a whole bunch more going on as well.

Tomorrow, Saturday July 10th, is our monthly work weekend. We have plenty to do so come out and give us a hand.

Next weekend, on Saturday July 18th, we will be hosting Northeast Ohio Live Steamers (NEOLS) at Mill Creek Central Railroad for a private meet with the folks from NEOLS, and all members of COALS are invited to attend as well. I'm told that quite a few plan to attend from up north so members of COALS come on out and join us and meet some good friends and make new ones.

Following the 18th, COALS will be hosting our annual Large Engine Meet, which begins on Wednesday, July 22nd and runs through Sunday, July 26th. We are expecting a large crowd so come on out and join us, this meet is open to all, unlike the meet on the 18th. Don't forget that we are having a Taco Dinner on Saturday afternoon July 25th, so if you are interested in joining us for the Taco Dinner make sure you RSVP us several days before the event.
