COALS Members Only Meet, June 19 - 21

The date is set and the track is ready so Members come join us, along with your family, this Friday, Saturday and Sunday as we celebrate our valued members. This will also give you a chance to meet other members as well. Also, we will be gathering on Saturday, June 20th, for our Annual Business Meeting with the Members to discuss our future plans, introduce you to the Board, and plan to make a special announcement. Prior to the meeting we will be holding a member's dinner. We plan to serve hamburgers, hot dogs, and drinks will be provided. Please bring a side dish or dessert to share, your own chair, and to help beautify the track, a flower to plant if you can. If you are a member, RSVP to Susan Broehl with the number of individuals and family members attending at smbroehl@gmail.com by the end of the day, June 17th.
